A myster y family poetr y event for Culture Night; suitable for young children takes place at The Yeats Building, this Friday.

A myster y tour in the Yeats building to find our poet in residence. Is she writing in the librar y? Drinking tea in the office? Snoozing on the sofa? Has she run away? Can you help us to find her? Children will be guided through the building to l ook for the poet. There will be bedtime/fun poetr y at ever y stop on the hunt and maybe a few surprises too.

American-Irish poet Alice Lyons was appointed poet in residence at the Yeats Building on Poetr y Day Ireland 2018.

This is a collaboration with Rabbit’s Riot Theatre Company, based in the North West. There will be four hunts: 6pm, 6.30, 7pm. 7.30pm. A maximum of ten children will be allowed on each hunt – for safet y reasons.
