Mental health support event

PEOPLE are coming together to share their mental health stories of hope at a free event this week.

Becky Spain from Replenish Sligo, who is very open about her own anxiety issues, has organised the event in the Sky Walker Room above Angel World on Hyde Bridge from 11am-4.30pm on Wednesday 10 th October.

It will mark World Mental Health Day.

There will be talks from 6Fitness, Yoga Home Sligo, DVAS, Havin’ A Laugh and Angelic Health and Wellbeing.
