Sent forward for trial

A 48-year-old man charged with sexual assault has been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court.

The offence is alleged to have taken place on dates between November 1st 2016 and December 6 th 2016 in the Caltragh area of Sligo.

There were no objections to bail and the case was returned for trial to Sligo Circuit Court on November 6 th.
