Two men are returned for Circuit Court trial

AT Sligo District Court on Thursday, two men charged with possession of stolen prescription drugs have been returned for trial in the Circuit Court.

Brendan Glynn, (31), with an address at Maryville Hostel, Sligo and Dean McCluskey (34) of Abbey House, Abbey St, Sligo are both charged with possession of stolen prescription drugs at an address in Cranmore Place, Sligo on October 24 th 2017.

Glynn, who was in custody, was represented by Ms Kathleen Henry BL, and Ms Laura Spellman solicitor appeared for McCluskey. Both were returned for trial to this week’s sitting of Sligo Circuit Court.
