WINDMILL PLAYERS

Windmill Players are back with a bang this autumn in Dromore West Community Centre performing Sam Cree’s, ‘Don’t Tell the Wife’. COLÁISTE IASCAIGH

Coláiste Iascaigh will hold an Open/Enrolment Night on Thursday, November 15, at 7 p.m.. Parents and prospectiv­e first year students are invited to attend and view facilities, displays of student work, and meet with teaching staff. WEDDING BELLS

Congratula­tions to Conor Kavanagh, Finod, Easkey and Nicola Loftus, who were married in Cooneal Church on Saturday, October 20. The reception was held in the Ocean Sands Hotel.

BOSTON TEA PARTY

A Boston Tea Party in aid of Rathlee National School will be held in the Ocean Sands Hotel on Friday, November 16. An auction will be held on the night and anyone who would like to donate unwanted gifts can leave them into the school.

SCOR NA NÓG

Scor na nÓg county finals will be in Dromore West community centre on Sunday, November 25, at 4 p.m. Easkey GAA are looking for competitor­s to represent the club in any of the following – Ceili dancing, Solo singing, Ballad Group, Recitation/Scealiocht, Leiriu, Staitse/Play, Instrument­al Music, set dancing. The table quiz is on Sunday, December 9, in Ballintogh­er hall at 4 p.m. Teams of four.

It will be a great evening’s display of all talent within the club so please put the date in your diary and come out to support the competitor­s. Names to Mary McHugh please or any committee member. NUMERACY/ LITERACY TUITION

West Sligo Family Resource Centre provides a one to one numeracy and literacy tuition service in partnershi­p with Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim Education and Training Board (MSLETB) through their Adult Literacy Section. Tuition takes place in West Sligo FRC Enniscrone on a one to one basis with a fully qualified literacy tutor. This service is confidenti­al and to make an appointmen­t or referral, you can contact West Sligo Family Resource Centre at 096 37444.

STRICTLY COME DANCING

St Farnan’s GAA Club are holding a Strictly Come Dancing fundraiser for the club on November 10 at 8 p.m. in the Diamond Coast Hotel. The dancers will be holding fundraisin­g events in the coming weeks.

There was no winner of the jackpot in the Easkey lotto draw on October 26.
