DROMARD POST OFFICE

Dromard post office closed on October 31 ending over 100 years of service in the local area. Many thanks are extended to retiring Postmistress Eva Kelly and her husband Sam for their courtesy and kindness in the provision of this service.

REMEMBRANCE SERVICE

A special service of remem- brance will take place in Skreen Parish Church on Sunday, November 11, at 4 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.

SUICIDE WORKSHOP

A Safe Talk Suicide related Workshop will be held on November 7 in the Skreen-Dromard Community Centre from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For booking call WSFC at 097 37444.

SHOUT FUNDRAISER

A fun for all the Family Bazaar will be held in the Skreen-Dromard Community Centre on Sunday, December 2, starting at 1 p.m.

The new opening hours of the office at the community centre are as follows – Monday to Friday inclusive from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with lunch time closure from 3 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. daily.

Congratulations to Anne Marie (McKee) and Laurence Kennedy, Lavagh, Derry and Farnaharpy, Skreen on the birth of their baby daughter who was born on August 9 and paptised in Skreen Church on October 21.
