Alleged assault case is adjourned until February

A man charged with assault causing harm had his case adjourned until February for mention at Sligo District Court.

Joseph Cosgrove (30) with an address at Gleniff, Ballintrillick, Co Sligo is charged with assault causing harm to Claudia Cretaro at a date in 2017.

The alleged assault took place on April 10 th 2017 at an address in Cabragh, Geevagh, Co Sligo.

Mr John Anderson (solicitor) appeared for the defendant.
