FOREST WALK FUNDRAISER

Locals continue to enjoy the Forest Walk and its extension which runs through the forestry behind Rathscanlon Creamery.

Stretching from Rathscanlon Creamery, it runs through the forestry of Oak, Ash and Sitka Spruce and continues through Rathscanlon and Rhue bogs at the rear of the woodlands. It has optional loops which bring you back to Rathscanlon Creamery or it also extends through the bogs at Rathscanlon and Rhue to bring you out onto the Rhue road near Rhue graveyard. Therefore residents on the Rhue side can enter from that side.
