Kilmactigue Parish Defibrilllator Group: The latest edition of those trained in CPR/AED is circulated with the newsletter in all churches. Please give a copy to a neighbour who may not get one.

COOLANEY UNITED
The annual Coolaney United Duck Race took place on St Stephen’s Day. Congratulations to Teresa Toolan, who won the €250 First Prize, Alwyn Love, who won €150 for second prize and Miriam Brandt, who won €100 for third prize. Thank you to all who attended and enjoyed the sweets and treats available. Special thanks to all the boys and additional Riverbank helpers who got into the cold water and made sure every duck came was back safe and sound. Coolaney United Wednesday Night Bonus Ball Draw is to support fundraising efforts for the proposed new Astro Pitch in Coolaney Community park. Each Bonus Ball is €5 with a weekly prize of €100. WOMEN’S GROUP
Coolaney Women’s Group Meetings will continue in Coolaney Community Centre Thursdays at 10.30 a.m. The interactive classes include activities, occasional days out and professional people to give talks and classes. New members are very welcome. Open to all ages.
FORÓIGE CLUB
The Foróige Club meet each Friday evening at Coolaney Community Centre between 7.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. It is open to all youths aged 13 to 18 years.
