WALK­ING CLUB

The walk on Jan­uary 12 is Crum­mus-Ox Moun­tain, level is mod­er­ate, ter­rain is open moun­tain, length 3-4 hours. All walks are sub­ject to change pend­ing weather con­di­tions and all walks start from Enniscrone Tourist Of­fice at 9.30 a.m. un­less stated oth­er­wise.

THREE ACT COM­EDY

Skreen-Dro­mard Drama Group are pre­sent­ing their three­act com­edy ‘A Fish out of Wa­ter’ in Skreen-Dro­mard Com­mu­nity Cen­tre on Fri­day the 11th. Satur­day and Sun­day, Jan­uary 12, and 13, doors open at 7.30.

PUB­LIC MEET­ING

The Sligo County Joint Polic­ing Com­mit­tee in­form mem­bers of the pub­lic that a pub­lic meet­ing will be held next Thurs­day, Jan­uary 10, in the Sligo Park Ho­tel at 7.30 p.m. Mem­bers of our com­mu­nity are en­cour­aged to at­tend the meet­ing and sup­port the devel­op­ment of con­sul­ta­tion with our Garda in the in­ter­est of safety of our com­mu­nity. Please en­cour­age all your con­tacts around County Sligo to at­tend.

ENNISCRONE STORYBOOK TRAIL

Enniscrone Li­brary in­vites all of the fam­ily to read pages of a pic­ture book that are dis­played along the hol­low at Enniscrone beach. It starts be­side the life­guard tower. The book cur­rently dis­played is the night be­fore Christ­mas. A dif­fer­ent pic­ture book will be dis­played here monthly.

Li­brary open­ing hours Wed­nes­day 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thurs­day 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Fri­day 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Satur­day 9.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. Closed Sun­day, Mon­day and Tues­day. Book Club takes place first Thurs­day of the month from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. all wel­come.
