Join Sligo’s new Intergener­ational Choir, funded by Healthy Ireland, a government-led initiative aimed at improving the health and well-being of everyone living in Ireland. When: From Monday, February 3, and every Monday 3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Where: Coach House Hotel, Ballymote, Co Sligo. Who: Adults of all ages and children age 10+. Cost: Free.

Register with Glór Shligigh now to get involved in an activity known to be good for mental health and well being and with social benefits for all ages. The choir is open to all ages from older age to age 10 and everyone in between. It’s never too soon or too late to join a choir. Choir Director Dave Flynn will encourage you to sing and enjoy.

DEBS DRESS SALE/ FUNDRAISER

Do you want to sell or buy a pre-owned Debs Dress this year? Do you have a Debs Dress hanging in your wardrobe that you no longer want? A Debs Dress Sale/Fundraiser will be held in the Coach House Hotel, Ballymote on Sunday, March 8, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. €10 to bring in your debs dress with every €10 donated to the Sligo Cancer Support Centre.
