THE venues and dates for the first round team events for Sligo Community Games are as follows; Wednesday, February 19th Table Tennis, Bunninadden Community Centre, Thursday, February 20th Badminton TBC. Friday, February 28th Gymnastics, Cleveragh Industrial Estate, Saturday February 29th Handball, TBC.
Sunday, March 1st, Mixed Distance Relay and Cross Country in Cleveragh. Marathon is also in Cleveragh on the same date. Also on Sunday, March 1st Quiz U14 in Strandhill NS.

Wednesday, March 11th Mini Rugby in the Rugby Club. Sunday March 15th Projects in Ballintogher. Dance Movement in Ballintogher. Choir in Ballintogher.

Area Gymnastics are on Friday, February 7th in Cleveragh Industrial Estate from 6pm to 7pm. Area Swimming is on Saturday, March 14th from 1pm to 7pm. Areas to book slots with Sports Complex. On Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st, Athletics Track and Field are taking place at IT Sligo. The National Finals in UL are on May 29th to 31st and August 14th to 16th.
The following are the choice of Art Titles for U12, U14 and U16 competitors at Nationals; Badminton, Mini Rugby, Choir, Outdoor Soccer, Table Tennis, Chess, One Wall Handball, Skittles, Gaellic Football and Quiz. The U8 and U10 is on a Community Games theme.
Project 2020; “Design a greener and safer school bus for the future”. Each group will take various interpretations from the title. U11 - emphasis on fun and U13 - emphasis on safety and environment.
