The AGM of the parents’ association will take place on this Wednesday (October 12) in the school. The AGM will be preceded by a talk from Andy Hargreeves who is a drugs counsellor and works with the HSE. He will talk about recognising the signs of drug use in children. The talk will take place at 7 p.m. till 8.15 p.m. followed by light refreshments and the AGM.

SING OUT LOUD

Fifth and sixth classes in Glynn National School, will participate in ‘Sing Out Loud’ in the Opera House on Wednesday, November 23, at 7.30 p.m. Good luck to all involved.

TENNIS MEMBERSHIP

PARISH COMMITTEE

The use of the hall in Glynn is for all parishioners, however, for insurance purposes the hall must be booked in advance of use. Please contact Martina at 086 1661283 to arrange bookings.

PONGO

Pongo will be held on the first Monday of the month in the kitchen of Glynn Hall. The first game kicks off on Monday, November 7, at 8 p.m.

CHRISTMAS BAZZAAR

This year’s Glynn Christmas Bazaar will be held on Sunday, December 11, after 10 o’clock mass. Please start putting any bric-a-brac you have may have aside. This is a annual fundraiser for the upkeep of the hall and your support on the day will be much appreciated.
