Town hall meet­ing on Brexit

A TOWN Hall meet­ing en­ti­tled ‘Brexit and Europe – Where are we headed?’ will take place on Wed­nes­day, Septem­ber 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wex­ford County Coun­cil.

The Euro­pean Com­mis­sion Rep­re­sen­ta­tion in Ire­land, in con­junc­tion with Euro­pean Movement Ire­land is host­ing the event as part of a se­ries of ‘Cit­i­zens’ Di­a­logues’. Th­ese events are be­ing or­gan­ised around the coun­try, and will fo­cus on themes re­lat­ing to the fu­ture of Europe.

Key note speak­ers in­clude: Gerry Kiely, Head of Euro­pean Com­mis­sion Rep­re­sen­tatino in Ire­land; Deirdre Clune, MEP; Verona Mur­phy, Pres­i­dent of the Ir­ish Road Haulage As­so­ci­a­tion; and James Ke­hoe, chair­man of the IFA Wex­ford branch.
