Duncannon shop, houses appealed

AN appeal has been lodged with An Bord Pleanala by a man who plans to open a shop and build two houses near Duncannon village.

John Ryan of Parklane Construction lodged the appeal on October 1 after Wexford County Council refused planning on September 3, regarding the development at Clonsharragh. A decision is due later this year.
