Jobs boost for tech company
DULANN is a company on the up, having announced 32 new positions following a whirlwind first five years.
One of Ireland’s fastest growing tech companies, the Wexford company has been doubling turnover year on year since it launched in 2013.
The SaaS based eLearning company’s client list now reads like a ‘who’s who’ of industry.
More impressively for a technology business, Dulann has not just managed to secure some of the country’s most reputable brands as clients, but they have also managed to achieve profitability without the need for outside investment.
CEO Damian Donlon attributes Dulann’s success to focusing on bottom line deliverables for clients.
‘Dulann are the eLearning partner for the reigning “World Hotel of the Year”. One of our clients is also one of Europe’s first organisations to achieve the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Standard and a number of our clients are certified “Great Place to Work” organisations. If we continue to focus on delivering results that matter to our clients, we will be around for a very long time,’ Mr Donlon said.
He said the company is actively seeking franchisees.
Director of Dulann Matthias Kausch said the announcement will have a significant and positive impact on high value jobs for Wexford.
‘The 32 jobs are a mix of direct employees here in Wexford and we are also seeking franchisees throughout the country.
‘Applications are open now and the Wexford based positions include Instructional Designers, PHP Developers and Marketeers. It is an exciting time,’ Mr Kausch said.
