Shed weight, feel great and stay in shape with KM Nutrition

-

A NEW nutrition business based in Wellingtonbridge which is offering expert oneon-one consultations has already produced some amazing results, with customers reporting huge weight loss.

KM Nutrition, in Wellingtonbridge Retail Centre, is run by Karen Molloy.

Karen, from nearby Ballycullane, got into nutrition out of her own weight struggles in the past. She completed a diploma course in nutrition and having worked as a personal trainer - both on her own and with Moore Fitness in Carrig on Bannow - she has branched out on her own.

She opened KM Nutrition in August, offering one on one consultations. Clients sign up for one month and having been weighed at the initial consultation are given a complete nutrition plan.

The plans are tailored to the individual’s needs.

As Karen says everyone has their own specific goals from the person who wants to lose weight, to the mother who wants to learn how to prepare healthy, nutritious meals for her husband and children.

Karen is all about getting her clients into healthy eating habits. To this end she recently released a 120 page cook book filled with tasty, nutritious recipes made from fresh ingredients. They recipe book can be bought at her business in Wellingtonbridge Retail Park.

Her most consistent two clients so far have lost a whopping 20lbs in five weeks and 21lbs in six weeks.

Karen said clients find the plans very easy to manage. Education is key to providing a platform whereby people can transform their diets and from your visit with Karen you will find yourself on the right track to success, whatever that means for you.

Among her clients are athletes who want to compliment their training with a great diet plan.

The weight loss industry has had many notable success stories over the years, but often these are fad diets which do not last the test of time.

Karen focusses her clients on how to maintain their diets and how to enjoy eating healthy food in a way that they won’t want to go back to their old, bad eating ways.

Following the initial one hour consultation, clients get weekly half hour follow up consultations when Karen checks the progress made.

She provides hints and tips on the best meals from a tasty, nutritious breakfast, right through to healthy dinners and snacks.

Within a matter of months anyone go- ing to Karen will see a marked improvement in their health, well-being and self confidence as she passes on her experience honed from years as a personal trainer and nutrition expert.

As Karen said: ‘We get them down to whatever goal they have until they feel confident. I’ve had people of all ages in to me from mothers looking to cook healthily to people attending the gym who don’t know how to eat properly to build muscle, to a woman who needs to a hip replacement. We cater for a wide variety of people who have different goals.’

KM Nutrition is open from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. daily, with some flexibility.
