Pres students stage ‘Cinderella’

THE students in the Presentation Secondary School in Wexford will be staging their version of ‘Cinderella’ in the school hall throughout this week.

The show will be staged from now until Friday and there will be special performances for local national schools on Thursday while the Friday night performance will be open to the general public.

Other secondary school students will visit the Presentation during the week to view the show which, including the cast and behind-the-scene roles, will include over 119 students.

Speaking to this newspaper about the show teacher Jacqueline Hartnett said the girls put a lot of work into the production including designing and painting the set.

The official launch of the show will take place this evening, Tuesday, December 4, at 7.30 p.m.
