Events at the library

On Tuesday, December 4, Selskar Poetry Group will meet at 12.30 p.m. in the library with Chatterbooks, the library book club for eight to 12 year olds, meeting at 4 p.m. that day. At 7 p.m. that evening, Dr. Jessica Mookherjee will launch her poetry book ‘Flood’.

On Friday, December 7, there will be an information session at 11.30 a.m. for anyone who would like to volunteer to be part of the Fighting Words initiative which will be launched in the library in the new year. The Young Adult Reading Circle will meet on Friday at 4 p.m. Adult chess continues at 7 p.m. every Tuesday, and Baby Rhyme Time is on Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. with Toddler Story Time at 10.30 a.m. every Friday.
