Probation on drugs charge

Michelle Cummins (29) Ballinesker, Curracloe was put on probation for twelve months on conviction for cannabis possession.

The case dated back to July 20, 2017 and the District Court was told that she had previous convictions for similar offences.

Judge Gerard Haughton had the benefit of a probation report on the mother of two after Ms Cummins pleaded guilty on a previous occasion.
