JUDGES PICK 30 ACTS TO GO THROUGH TO SEMI-FINALS

- By ANNA HAYES

THE LINE-UP for the semi-finals of the Wexford People Wexford Has Talent Show 2019 has been selected following the open auditioning of more than 100 acts on Sunday afternoon.

Singers, dancers, bands, spoken word performers, gymnasts, jugglers, martial artists and other performers – of all ages – showed off their talents in front of judges Pat Lawlor, Catherine Biddy Walsh, Eric Hayes and former Wexford Has Talent competition winner Tara Doyle Robinson.

Organiser Enda Whelan said: ‘The competition standard this year is the highest we have seen to date. Everyone who took part in the auditions should be hugely proud; the judges had much to deliberate over in order to select just 15 acts for each semi final and just one golden ticket winner.’

He thanked everyone who attended the audition to perform and wished the successful acts the best of luck in the remainder of the competition.
