€100 motor tax fine

HAVING no valid tax disc displayed on the silver Skoda Octavia he was driving cost Gheorghe Muntean from 81 Cromwellsfort Grove, Mulgannon €100 by way of a fine.

The District Court heard from Garda Barry Brennan how the 38-year-old was intercepted at The Faythe on July 14.

A postal fine was issued but not paid.
