Donation in drugs case

ILLEGAL drugs found at his home during a garda search led to a District Court appearance for Martin Fenlon (23) from 43 King Street, Wexford.

The illicit substances seized on Saint Patrick’s Day in 2017 were in a couple of bags, one containing a tablet while the other contained a powder.

Fenlon pleaded guilty before Judge John Cheatle who noted that the accused had no previous record of drugs offending.

The defendant was told that he would escape conviction on this occasion once €100 is paid to the Cornmarket Project by April 9.
