A free trial of Abodoo for all
GOREY-based start-up Abodoo has launched a 30-day free trial of its services such as its data-driven skills-matching platform, in an effort to support the hundreds of thousands of workers and businesses impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The service is particularly aimed at those seeking remote or flexible work, or those affected by layoffs or reduced hours.
During this time of isolation, they can avail of the service and create a free skills profile that matches them to available opportunities and industries that require support because of the crisis.
But the service is not just for those seeking employment, as in light of the current social and economic challenges, all employers will now be able to advertise new roles and connect with people on the Abodoo platform for free for the first 30 days after sign up.
‘The Covid-19 pandemic has already had a devastating social and economic impact around the world, and workers and small enterprises have been hit so hard. People are losing jobs and we’re seeing businesses trying to navigate remote working for the first time,’ said co-founder of Abodoo Vanessa Tierney.
‘We want to help people and play our part in this extremely difficult time, and that’s why we decided to make access to our talent matching platform free during this critical period. We can help people find work to match their unique circumstances, and help businesses transform how they operate working from home so they can continue to do what they do best.’
