REUSABLE MASKS
If you have any unwanted, clean bed linen, please consider donating them to be used for re-usable face masks. Aziz, originally from South Africa is a resident in the Accommodation Centre in Rosslare. He is a tailor by trade and has been making washable and reusable face masks and donating them to local groups free of charge.
He would welcome any good condition bed linen – sheets, quilt covers, coloured, patterned or plain. Please leave them in the Stella Maris Centre any weekday morning, or ring me at 083 3312498 and I will collect. Many thanks for helping a great cause – Valerie O’Flaherty

Sympathy to the Corcoran and Bates family on the recent passing of Séamus. Also sympathy to Pauline Dwyer on the death of her sister in Dublin last week. May they both rest in peace.

WOMEN’S SHED
The Tomhaggard Women’s Shed are keeping busy while apart.
Some of the members along with friends in the community are making scrubs for nursing homes in County Wexford. We have made 30 sets of scrubs to date and this week starts another project of 40 sets of scrubs. All the ladies are making them in their own homes to comply with social distancing regulations.
We would like to express our thanks to An Garda Síochána who have helped us by collecting materials from Dublin for the project. Thanks to Wexford County Council covid 19 emergency grant fund who is funding this next project without which it would not be possible. Also thank you to Annes Haberdashery online shop for supplying us with fabrics.
The members of the TWS have been in constant contact since the lockdown started on Whats.
App and zoom quizzes hopefully we can all meet soon again.
Stay safe everyone.
