Avoca Val­ley Singers will per­form a Christ­mas Con­cert, con­ducted by Tony Nor­ton, at St Mary’s and St Pa­trick’s Church, Avoca at 8 p.m. Fri­day, De­cem­ber 7. Free Ad­mis­sion. Do­na­tions only, all pro­ceeds to Avoca St Vin­cent de Paul.


Beau­ti­ful Se­lec­tion of Christ­mas Cards with lovely scenes of Avoca in the Snow for sale in Avoca Com­mu­nity Her­itage Cen­tre, Avoca post of­fice and Avoca Phar­macy – all pro­ceeds go to Avoca Tidy Towns and Com­mu­nity Court­house. This scheme is sup­port­ing many lo­cal char­i­ties so please think of them when clear­ing out your hot press and wardrobes. Our heart­felt thanks go out to all who con­trib­ute and col­lect for our lo­cal se­nior cit­i­zens, es­pe­cially at this time of year.
