With the in­tro­duc­tion of the Per­sonal In­juries As­sess­ment Board Act, 2003, all per­sonal in­jury claims must be sub­mit­ted to the In­juries Board (for­merly known as the Per­sonal In­juries As­sess­ment Board) be­fore an ap­pli­ca­tion may be made to the courts. We pro­vide ad­vice on the ap­pli­ca­tion pro­ce­dure and as­sist you on tak­ing the next step in your claim if you are not sat­is­fied with the out­come of the Board’s de­ci­sion and where this is nec­es­sary, will take your case through the rel­e­vant Court sys­tem ad­vis­ing you at all times and at all stages on ev­ery as­pect of the pro­ce­dure and pro­ceed­ings from as­sem­bling your team of ex­perts (En­gi­neers, Doc­tors etc.) to in­struct­ing Coun­sel and at­tend­ing Court with you.
