Two clubs to meet C.C.C. over incident
REPRESENTATIVES from the Baltinglass and Blessington GAA clubs will descend on Hollywood GAA Club this evening (Wednesday) to meet with members of Wicklow GAA’s C.C.C. to try and bring a conclusion to the events that left a Blessington GAA player with injuries to his mouth following a league encounter between the two sides earlier this year.
Gardai were called to the Blessington GAA Club grounds after a Blessington player left the field of play following an incident involving a Baltinglass player.
The C.C.C. have been investigating the incident in recent weeks and all parties involved will be in attendance this evening in an attempt to bring the situation to a close.
