Whist part­ner Card drive will be on in Gle­nealy Vil­lage Hall this Thurs­day night, Au­gust 15. 45 card drive will be on the fol­low­ing Thurs­day night, Au­gust 22 – both nights at 8.30 p.m. New play­ers al­ways wel­come.

St Joseph’s NS will re open on Thurs­day, Au­gust 29, at 9.20 a.m. for all pupils.

PI­LATES CLASSES

Pi­lates classes are now run­ning in Gle­nealy Vil­lage Hall on Tues­day evenings from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Run­ning from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Begin­ners/im­provers and all ages wel­come. seven weeks for €70 or drop-in-rate €12. Pi­lates strength­ens core mus­cles, im­proves mus­cle con­trol, flex­i­bil­ity, co-or­di­na­tion, strength and tone, as well as align­ment and breath­ing. OR­GANIC HORTICULTU­RE – BIO­DI­VER­SITY AND NAT­U­RAL EN­VI­RON­MENT QQI L5 Part time fully funded train­ing course – two and a half days per week.

Ideal op­por­tu­nity of a funded train­ing pro­gramme aimed at in­di­vid­u­als with an in­ter­est in gain­ing a recog­nised qual­i­fi­ca­tion and employment in Or­ganic Horticultu­re. The course will in­clude knowl­edge of or­ganic prin­ci­pals and practices, en­vi­ron­men­tal as­sess­ment and man­age­ment and a broad range of horticultu­re skills. Contact 0404 44980.
