THE continued expansion of Waterford Institute of Technology has led to an increased demand for accommodation in Waterford City. RiverWalk quality development is a purpose built student accommodation designed to meet this growing demand. RiverWalk is an attractive development of nine apartment blocks set around an internal courtyard.

It is designed to bring students together in a relaxed, campus style environment, where they can make new friends, but also where they will have their own space to study.

The complex is just 15 minutes walk to W.I.T. and ten minutes walk from Waterford City centre with its many fine pubs, restaurants and shops. The all weather pitch will appeal to students involved in athletics and sports.

There is ample secure parking on the premises, and with experienced on site security CCTV, and swipecard access to the apartments, RiverWalk offers students the independence that they crave, as well as offering security and piece of mind to parents. There are a variety of apartment types, from two to four bedroom, and the standard of finish is superb throughout.

There is a choice of single or twin rooms and every bedroom is ensuite.

All ensuite bathrooms have power showers, and are partly tiled and easy to maintain. There is also a fitted wardrobe, study desk, and a broad band internet access point in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and furnished, with all cutlery and kitchen utensils provided.

There are also a number of wheelchair access apartments available for students with disabilities and there are lifts to every floor. A professional management company with over twenty years experience in the industry looks after the day to day running of the complex. Riverwalk is accepting bookings now for the 2017 and 2018 academic year and is the perfect accommodation solution for first and final year W.I.T. students alike.
