Pi­lates classes are run­ning in Gle­nealy Vil­lage Hall on Tues­day evenings from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Run­ning from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Be­gin­ners/im­provers and all ages wel­come. seven weeks for €70 or drop-in-rate €12. Pi­lates strength­ens core mus­cles, im­proves mus­cle con­trol, flex­i­bil­ity, co-or­di­na­tion, strength and tone, as well as align­ment and breath­ing. OR­GANIC HORTICULTU­RE – BIO­DI­VER­SITY AND NAT­U­RAL EN­VI­RON­MENT QQI L5 Part time fully funded train­ing course – two and a half days per week. Com­mences Mid June 2019. Ideal op­por­tu­nity of a funded train­ing pro­gramme aimed at in­di­vid­u­als with an in­ter­est in gain­ing a recog­nised qual­i­fi­ca­tion and em­ploy­ment in Or­ganic Horticultu­re. The course will in­clude knowl­edge of or­ganic prin­ci­pals and prac­tices, en­vi­ron­men­tal as­sess­ment and man­age­ment and a broad range of horticultu­re skills. Con­tact 0404 44980.
