OVER TWENTY acres of res­i­den­tially-zoned de­vel­op­ment land has come on the mar­ket in New­cas­tle with a guide price of €2.25 mil­lion.

The land, which is be­ing of­fered for sale as a sin­gle lot, is set in two parcels.

The Race­field site (which is next to the 12-home Race­field hous­ing de­vel­op­ment) com­prises c11.6 acres on which plan­ning per­mis­sion (now ex­pired) pre­vi­ously ex­isted for 41 houses. The Sea Road site is c8.67 acres and is lo­cated be­tween Leamore Lane and Sea Road.

Both sites are lo­cated within the vil­lage en­vi­ron­ment of New­cas­tle and are zoned for res­i­den­tial de­vel­op­ment. They also of­fer short term graz­ing or agri­cul­tural op­por­tu­ni­ties.
