Aware Fundraiser

AS mentioned in previous weeks, Ciara Smyth, Sarah Dalton and Elaine Whyte have organized a fundraiser for the organization AWARE and it will take place this Friday (17th) in the Glencormac Inn and they are appealing for your support. AWARE is a voluntary organisation of patients, relatives and mental health professionals. Their aim is to assist people affected by depression and suicide. Its volunteers have been working energetically to bring support to depression sufferers and their families, and to dispel the myths and misunderstandings of this devastating illness. Ciara and Elaine are hosting a Karoke/dj night with a raffle and an auction on the night and they would love to see as many people as possible come along that evening for this great cause.
