Night of music for the hospice

A Night of Music and Fun will take place in aid of Wicklow Hospice Foundation at the BrookLodge Hotel, Macreddin, this weekend.

The night, which is being held in memory of Arklow sisters Nora Lalor and Bernie Tyrrell, begins at 7 p.m. this Sunday, May 20

Black Cherry and Leslie Dow- dall will perform and a blockbuster raffle and online auction will also take place.

Bids can be placed on goods via www.wicklowhospice.ie live on the night.

Wine and light refreshements will also be served on arrival.

A bus will be available from Arklow, stopping in Aughrim and going to and from Macreddin. Pick-up will be at 6.30 p.m. outside the Church of St Mary and Peter, continuing onto Aughrim for a pick up at the national school in Aughrim for 7 p.m.
