Shoplifter fined

Ann Connors (22) from 3 Ballyhenry, Cullenmore Bends, Ashford, was fined €100 for shoplifting from Dunnes Stores in Gorey.The case, dating back to February of 2016, was dealt with at the District Court in Gorey last Thursday where Judge Gerard Haughton had the benefit of a probation act. The judge remarked that she should attend the psychiatric service as he recorded the conviction.
