Garden County Sport @gardencountyspt:

All over here: Draw. Well if that wouldn’t make a dead dog throw its father in the river! Late drama here. Wicklow had a late chance to win it. Eoin Murtagh put through for goal only for to hand pass it into the net. Free out. Offaly 1-11, Wicklow 14 points. EXTRA TIME!

Offaly pointed free brings it back to a four-point game. Crowe comes back in for Darren Hayden; the man has ran himself into the ground. Magee bears down on goal and punches over, back to a five-point game.Whistle goes! Get in there, ya beauty. Bring on the Dubs.

I would love see @DubGAAOfficial come to Aughrim to play @wicklowgaa it would be some armosphere!

Bring on the Dubs! Well done Wicklow and John Evans.

Delighted for all the @ wicklowgaa lads today, great for some of the younger crew to get their first championship win. Well done to Mr Jackson, not a bad champ debut #pingmerchant

@wicklowgaa’s win puts them through to play a reigning All-Ireland SFC champion team for the first time since they played Meath in June 1950. Wicklow have played the reigning AISFC champs on four occasions and have lost all four: v Dublin 1903, v Wexford 1917 and 1919, v Meath 1950.

Congratulations to all @wicklowgaa on their championship win over Offaly this afternoon, especially their manager John Evans!

What a weekend for @wicklowgaa! Take a bow, Seamus Murphy and John Evans. Bring on the Dubs - what an experience.

Laune Rangers GAA @LauneRangers: Dan Gorman @DanGorman:

Confirmed: Dublin Footballers will play @wicklowgaa at O’Moore Park Portlaoise 4pm Throw in on Sunday the 27th of May.

Kerry GAA Supporter @FineDayForIt: Would all Dublin season ticket holders even go? Play the game in Aughrim I say. All teams should have the chance to play at home in championship

Alan Daly @AlanDaly1993: Wohooooo by God am I a proud @wicklowgaa man. Bring on the Dubs. #GAA

Wicklow just will never be GAA. My local radio Sunday takes me briefly in their direction. A lad on a phone giving an extra time update as a break to s***e music. #GAA

Chris Murphy: Also tuned to @eastcoastfm to find music being played instead of live championship commentary. Shocking! Decent updates from @wicklowgaa though.

Wicklow GAA Online @wicklowgaa: Two minutes additional time as @Offaly_GAA through Niall Darby get one back. Bodies down all over the place and they aren’t wearing blue jerseys.

Joe Troy @TheRealJT23: Replying to @wicklowgaa: Wicklow spent the first 130 years of the GAA lying down, and now to accuse Offaly of such is immoral, petty and a sham. Win if you can, by all means neccessary, but leave out the bitching!

What a feeling getting the win today! Days like this make those long treks and late nights worth it Hopefully the GAA will see sense and bring the dubs to Aughrim! #honwicklow

Well done to the @wicklowgaa hurlers, great win today #ChristyRingCup

All over and a @wicklowgaa win by a smaller margin than they would have liked. 1-20 to 2-11 it finished and @MayoGAA certainly fought to the end. Still a win is a win and its on to Roscommon in Athleague next weekend. Well done, men.

Lee Kavanagh @LeeKav86: Wicklow GAA Online @wicklowgaa:

Just getting word now on the @wicklowgaa in some little village on the way to Machu Pichu... what an achievement lads, great for Wicklow football... onwards and upwards.

Conor McGraynor @ConorMcGraynor:
