The competition held on November 6 for the IBU Pairs saw first place go to Maura Kavanagh and Joan D’Arcy. In second place were Phil Fox and Terry Byrne, and in third were Sinead Madden and Carol Vambeck.

The members will be playing for the Mabel Rose and Linda Saunders Memorial Trophy on Tuesday, November 13. This trophy was presented by Linda in memory of her aunt who was an avid bridge player and as Linda’s first anniversary falls on New Year’s Day and all thoughts and prayers will be with Linda’s family.
