Congratulations to Gavin Kennedy who won the Engineering Technology Teacher Assoc. Area 12 Young Engineer competition. The projects were marked by lecturers in Tallaght IT and Gavin came first by a margin of 1 point. An award ceremony was held last Wednesday in Tallaght IT were Gavin was presented with his certificate, gold medal and prize by one of the marking lecturers. A great achievement on Gavins part, whose project now goes forward to the National Competition in Mullingar on the November 24th.
