Table quiz for rugby tour of Connacht

WICKLOW Rugby Club was the venue for a table quiz aimed at raising funds to support the U12s upcoming tour of Connacht.

There was a good turnout for last Friday’s quiz held in the clubhouse, with plenty of raffle prizes up for grabs on the night.

The U12s hit the road on Saturday morning as they headed to New Ross RFC for a South East blitz. They were joined by U9s, U10s and U11s and were greeted by conditions considered ideal for rugby. The U12s travelled with a largely experimental side but still impressed with some of their play, with some of the squads more inexperienced members gaining some valuable game time.
