Gardening for Biodiversity

THOSE keen to give the environment a helping hand may be interested in an upcoming series of gardening classes.

Gardening for Pollinators kicks of at Ballinatone School Hall near Ballinaclash on Tuesday, February 26, from 7.45 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. This venue will also host a class on Peat-Free Gardening on March 5.

Classes begin in Carnew Training and Development Centre with Gardening for Pollinators on Wednesday, March 6, from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Creating and Managing Wildflower Areas will be held on March 13.
