CAR BOOT SALES ARE BACK

Join fellow shoppers for the first car boot of the year on Sunday, March 3, open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please pre-book indoor spaces early. Contact the Brockagh Centre at 0404 45600 or email laraghit@eircom.net if you wish to book an indoor space or if you prefer to sell outside just show up at 8 a.m. on the morning.

SCRAP METAL DAY

Clean up your home or Farmyard for free from the Monday, March 25, to Sunday, March 31. Leave your metal scrap around the back of the building near the bottle bank. To view the kind of scrap acceptable, go to Brockagh Resource Centre Facebook page or our website at brockaghre­sourcecent­re.ie/ events-and-timetables/. This is a fundraiser in aid of the Brockagh Resource Centre (0404 45600 or brockaghre­sourcecent­re@ gmail.com).

GDDA AGM

Remote Emergency Care course will be held in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh. Held over two days on March 30 and 31. There will be a maximum of 12 students, costing €140 per person, including all course materials, lunch with tea and coffee.

Day one is on from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and day two from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Course will be run by Remote Emergency.com
