DISPENSE WITH DOOM

The Jerusalem Post - The Jerusalem Post Magazine - - LETTERS -

Referring to Richard H. Schwartz letter, “Consider climate” (May 31), I would like to put to bed all the false hype of portents of doom!

It started with an utterance by Al Gore quoting his professor and winning a Nobel Prize. Since then his prof. reversed his opinion – but Gore did not!

We all agree that pollution by human beings is a major factor of trashing the planet, however stopping cows, animals and people from passing wind has never been the problem, although deemed to be.We are able as humans to blow up places with horrific atomic bombs, will this effect climate change? Nature is much stronger than all this. Can we create a Tsunami, volcanic eruption {Iceland}, tornados or flash floods?

I refer you to Dr. Patrick Michaels for his scientific opinion on this subject; I agree with him and US President Donald Trump. S. GELGOR Tel Aviv
