Clal Insurance and Finance Group has not only launched a new pension model, but it is also delivering high yields on its financial assets. Moshe Ernst, executive VP and head of the Long-Term Savings Division at Clal Insurance and Finance Group explains. “We have undergone a virtual revolution in financial yields we are delivering. I can now say that with regards to yields “Clal” is the leading group in the local pension industry. Consequently, we are offering a combination of a very beneficial pension model, Pensia Mavtiha, with a proven and efficient financial management team that is taking excellent care of our clients’ money,” he says.

“Our Long term Savings division has over NIS 200 billion under management, the majority of which is managed in long- term investments. The investment division concentrates in investments in relatively high-yield infrastructural projects, such as the NIS 1 billion invested in the TransIsrael Highway, Road 6, or the millions invested in a road in Houston, Texas. Other investments, on behalf of or clients, include energy and water projects. We believe that on the long run, investing in long-term infrastructure projects is the very important to ensure a healthy investmen asset spread” he asserts.

It is a strategy that benefits both the organization and our clients . High yields mean that the financial assets managed by “Clal” increase, and that is reflected in the total accumulation and eventually in higher annuity pension payments to the retirees.
