Selection of Greek cheeses

Euro Dairies introduced many special prices on cheese – white and yellow, as well as vegan “’cheeses” that are a great alternativ­e for breakfast, school sandwiches and a light supper. Offering a rich selection of fresh cheeses from Greece, I liked the Greek yogurt the best. Others in my family preferred the Gouda slices for their sandwiches (NIS 19.90 for 400 gr.) and the delicate “feta” (called Bulgarit), which in my family is used for anything from slices with watermelon, cubes in a salad or spread on bread (NIS 11.90). The fresh ricotta is so mild, you can use it for sweet or savory dishes. But it is the 1 kg. of Greek yogurt in a bucket (NIS 19) that makes my mornings yummy. Love the collection.
