BEREAVED NO-BRAINER

-

Stewart Weiss wrote about “Twenty years without Ari” (Oct. 21). How hard it is to lose a child. Like a nightmare that doesn’t end.

Weiss is among the thousands of bereaved families whose child/children/other members of family have been lost to them. What surprises me is the lack of anger, especially when Weiss tells us he knows the government refuses to do what’s necessary to eradicate terrorism. Moreover, the government continues to “loan” the fake Palestinians money in lieu of that which they’re holding in escrow for them until they stop payments for killing our people.

We are helping our enemies to be strong. It’s outrageous, yet it continues.

He also mentioned Netanyahu, who allowed a steady flow of millions in cash for Hamas as a bribe to stop them attacking us – which of course didn’t stop them, but it also didn’t stop Netanyahu getting the money to them. Surely those facts are known to everyone. So why is there no anger, outrage at the government and even the IDF, who should be equally outraged at sacrificing their soldiers to fight terrorists that should not be on our land?

Our IDF was formed to protect Israel and our people, but too often it’s the enemy that’s protected. Without our protection, there would be no enemy within our land, which would mean more whole families. It’s a no-brainier or should be!
