Stanley Clarke, one of the jazz world’s greatest bass players, will be giving two performances in Israel. Clarke and his quintet will perform at Reading 3 in Tel Aviv on July 1 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. In addition to an extensive discography and collaborations with musicians as diverse as Keith Richards and Chick Corea, the jazz-fusion master has composed music for close to 70 films, including Boyz N the Hood and What’s Love Got to Do With It.
