KIRYAT ARBA TAEKWONDO SHINES BRIGHT

Yosef Ravoach (above), a resident of the Kiryat Arba Hebron local council, won first place last Friday in a taekwondo competition for youth held in Yavne. Ravoach defeated two rivals and won first place, which earned him the title of Israeli youth champion in taekwondo weighing up to 78 kg. ‘I want to thank everyone who gave me the strength to win the competition and win the title. I intend to continue to work hard,’ he said. The Kiryat Arba Hebron Council recently won another taekwondo champion when Sara Ben Aharon picked up first place in the senior category at the Israeli championships weighing up to 53 kg. ‘Warm congratulations to Sarah and Yosef who brought great honor to Kiryat Arba Hebron,’ said Head of the Kiryat Arba Hebron Council Eliyahu Libman.
