CHARLI SAVAGE
I’ve also started making my own costumes to expand on my creativity and incorporate that into my work. I even collect dead animals (already found dead and usually mummified/ skeletal) with a plan to incorporate them into my work.
After photographing all the elements of my ideas, I composite them together in Photoshop. I then apply a texture over the top of my work, thereby turning my photos into photographic art that looks like a painting.
Along with exploring my own desires for an adventurous life, it is my mission to ignite the child-like curiosity within us all, to bring forth that forgotten sense of adventure and chase the magic, wherever that may be.

Ipurchased my first camera in June 2018 and put myself straight into manual mode. Next, I taught myself to use the camera, and in September 2018, I discovered the world of conceptual fine art photography and immediately started teaching myself Photoshop. I haven’t looked back since. I’m now primarily a self-portrait photographer; however, I enjoy photographing other people as well.
