The pastries can be frozen. In this case, remove them from the oven 5-7 minutes before baking is finished and freeze them. When you want to serve the pastries, defrost them in the fridge and, when ready, place them in the oven for the remaining 5-7 minutes. This way the pastries will stay fresh.
