One 60-km. line, running from Kiryat Shmona to Tiberias via 22 km. of tunnels, will cost an estimated NIS 10 billion.

A third line will connect the two Galilee lines to Tel Aviv and bypass Haifa. Estimated travel time Kiryat Shmona to Tel Aviv will be two hours. The projects are expected to be completed in 2030.
